I understand that attendance at training classes and other dog activities sponsored by Breakaway Action Dogs is not without risk to myself, my dog, members of my family or guests who may attend. Because dogs, by nature are not always predictable in their behavior, I understand that I will be assuming responsibility for the risk implied in working with and around dogs.

I hereby waive and release Breakaway Action Dogs, its members, and Gladhill Properties from any and all liability of any nature for illness, injury or damage which, I, my family, my guests or my dog may suffer, including specifically, without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, including my own, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training class or sponsored activity now and in the future.
